Hello Balazs. Question. If we are to swap the cardan cups at Step 104 as you state, where do we do the alternate swap again in the manual? You cant swap one without swapping the pieces somewhere else in the manual. Or does the manual call out to use the second smaller cup correctly in another step? I was conveniently stopped at this step as I didnt have the second smaller cup in Bags1. Ive been waiting on the second smaller cup from Lego because I thought it was missing.

@@rufnusd8730 there's no part to swap at step 104, you need to use the longer one as indicated. The callout is wrong at the top, as the green checkmark is next to the shorter part instead of the longer one.

@@RacingBrick Thank you. I understand. This being said, if everyone is following the manual then Lego should be having a huge influx of calls for the second small cup piece as you only have one in bags 1, used at step 89.

@@extrakubik4123 I would have bought the lambo without any hesitation if its colour wasn't so repulsive, this is truly a shame because apart from that I think it might be the best supercar set (technically the Bugatti seems better to me but I don't like its design)

@@AB-dd4jz It's shame that it's colour especially on the spoiler are different but if you don't pay that much attention to it than it doesn't matter and on shelf it looks amazing. Daytona definitely looks more smooth but I hate the car design irl. And yeah Chiron looks like a painted box a little bit but still looks awesome to me.

One of the best Technic sets ever in terms of looks imo! The shaping is just amazing, with so few gaps. Not many functions though, but not sure what more we could ask for really. The price might be pushing it though ngl, as much as printed parts do def add value

Great detailed look at the model/building phase. Good catch with the missing pieces from the instructions. Would love to see those new shock absorbers show up in most modern technic sets as well as Creator Expert vehicles for additional stability /functionality. A much better design as the previous one are too soft as evidenced on how tipsy the Raptor is when steering.

An amazing set! My only gripe with this is the amount of new pieces. Don’t get me wrong, I think new pieces are needed, but usually it is gradual. Not using as many new pieces shows Lego is capable of building with their own elements. Al in all, looks good though! Wish the gearbox was a bit different, too.

I'm glad I checked your corrections to the instructions. I was wondering about the 2 extra panel fairings. Another error is in step 219. It shows a 1:1 diagram of where to put the bush on the axle. They show it at 6 stud units from the end, but it should be 5 stud units. The axle goes 4 stud units into the chassis. My set was missing 1 connecting rod for the engine and I had a mini roller skate instead (which the set doesn't use any of). I noticed something wasn't right with the transmission shifting, but hadn't gotten around to looking into it yet, Thanks for showing this correction and saving me time. Step 1267 also doesn't indicate the orientation of the plate, so you can put the 'L' beam on in the right direction to the top and bottom of the image on the front.

At 6:16 I feel there is something wrong with the front axle, the suspension arms should be at the same level of the bottom of the chassis .. it is up a little bit.. am i the only one who noticed this 🤔

It’s a bit sad, that the gearbox is essentially the same as the one in the lambo- but irl its quite the same as well. The mistake according the gearbox and the two missing panels in the instructions are a bit lousy. I like the book, altough it would’ve been cool if it was a gift for the first ten customers or would be way cheaper for people that are in some kind of „lego car club“. I really like that there are a lot of prints, and I like the way the rear is built. Also the box is nice and the tires too. But the real cool thing is the new Diff. I really looks sturdy- I like that and it‘s the only thing interesting for me as a technic MOCer 😊 Of course this set is way to expensive for a pile of plasic pueces and it also should belong to a separate „supercar“ line imo, Not into the technic line. At the same time I‘m sure lots of people will buy it and because of that it will be made many cool B- and C-models out of it. Like always a great review!

the new diff gears look sturdy and like real-life-differential gears, which i like. but they / their connection also looks even more wobbly than the old differential (20 to 28 teeth with three 12 teeth gears inside), which means even more power goes into wobbling and eating out the technic beam/frame pin holes which hold the gears and axles. and that's a bummer. I am and have been trying to build a fast RC car with full suspension and gear box, but even with two buggy motors and a 11.1V LiPO it won't go 20km/h or more because most of that power goes into frying the motors or eating the drive train / transmission. i haven't yet tried the metal "lego" pieces that exist and always am excited about new, sturdier versions of lego parts (like the newer cv-joints from 42099) but these differential gears as well as the new 12 and 20 teeth gears look rather unnecessary for high-power applications.

Great video. This will be my second build, the first being the Lamborghini. Last time, I didn’t check KZbin first, and discovered lots of anomalies in that build-hoping to avoid that this time. What did frustrate me with the lambo kit was missing parts-3 times, I had to order parts from Lego bring the build to a dead stop. Wasn’t upset, but a little annoyed. These things are pretty cool.

@@RacingBrick when you shove the middle stud piece into the technic hole, the stud will cause stress because technic holes are smaller.
