I guess some people feel that because of looks, hair, color and DNA are different between the races it's enough to be divided. Actually, it makes some people feel that they are above other races because of these differences, and it makes them feel really good about themselves. Light skinned back folks are also guilty of this type of behavior when it comes to dark skinned black folks believe it or not.

Let's be honest: it gets you everywhere. People like that manager are far more common, and in control in the country than we would like to think. I got my income tax several years back and wanted to buy a new living room suite so I went to a well known furniture store that the name starts with (A) I had cash and was willing to pay full price in cash but I was treated with total disrespect when I tried to tell the woman what I was looking for she turned and walked away, needless to say I went to her competitor and spent 6 of the 10 thousand dollars I had ( in cash) they didn't seem to mind that I was wearing sweats...

We built our dream 5 bedroom house and had saved for all new furniture. We went into what we considered a high quality furniture store and EVERYBODY ignored me. NOONE, asked to help. I asked for the manager and she turned out to be an old classmate of mine and we caught up for a second and I told her my intentions and how her staff had treated me. She was livid! She immediately approached them and told them that she wanted to talk to each one of them in her office. She asked me to wait. They came back and apologized to me and asked if they could help. I told them, "No" and walked out. I ended up purchasing furniture from my new neighbor's furniture store saving a bundle, kept money in the local community and I made a good neighbor friend in the process. All thanks to jerks who judged a book by its cover.

Employee was rude, should of been fired or suspended and on final. Rude to a Customer at most companies it automatic termination. I usually don't beleive in people getting fired, in this case yes. My Grandmother RIP 2-2-23 would just leave and not come back but I complained for her a few times when people are rude to her though she would get mad telling me to leave it I wouldn't than when she got a apology she would thank me that it was fine then.
