If we ever needed proof that this "book" was written by MM then surely this is it. Her jealousy and hatred of Princess Catherine is pathological and rules her life. She just cannot shake it off. I also suspect MM knows that Harry is longing to be back with his family and away from her so has deliberately written this book in terms that she hopes will divide the royal family and cause friction and will definitely close all doors for Harry. Quite a clever move really because I'm guessing that this part of it is working already.
