Camille's grace under pressure is a reminder that sometimes the most powerful statements are made through calm and courage. Speak up, stand tall, and let your truth speak. I'm trying to tell stories like that too💪✨

This happened to me in Rome, Italy in one restaurant. What happened was, I got completely ignored when it came to ordering and my husband was not (he is white). We thought it was just an oversight at first but when the waiter refused to even look at me and then started saying things about my colour in Italian we told him off and got up and left. We did not wanted the spoil our holiday further so went somewhere where we were treated well. I will still go back to Italy because I refuse to be put off by small minded people.

The behavior of the waiter is unacceptable, it is disappointing that a restaurant cannot ensure fair service for all customers

This is sad but true . Me and my cousin went to a restaurant . The waitress introduced herself and that was it . We were there for an hour and nothing no service . I asked her customers which were black and brown about the service . They said there was no service . I asked the customers if they would tip . They said yes if they had service . The next week me and my cousin went back and sat in her section . She came to our table . I asked her was she working for a tip . She caught herself from being smart . She did her job and I talk to her about the last time . I told her she missed out on a lot of tips last time because of her service . She apologized and I gave her a tip . This happened at a buffet restaurant .

Great video it would be also great if you made an alternate ending had the waiter Ethan showed sincerity to Camille whether she was owners wife or not. Had Ethan showed cared to Camille he would not have been fired period. I hope your future videos can make an alternate ending had they not commit that serious negative actions it would have been a completely different story

I was sort of hoping that he wouldn't get fired, but somehow, one of them was going to mentor him, sort of. Or have him go through training again, and ensuring folks of color will be at his tables. Just somehow help him work through some of his issues.

Where was the restaurant manager? The manager's job is to keep an eye on guests and his staff. If the waiter is busy or asshole like eathen they step in and take care of the guest.

My great-grandparents lived this. My grandparents lived this. My parents lived this. I lived this. As each sentence gets shorter, the pain and degradation that resonated throughout each generation screams out just as strong, hurtful, and loud. My children have unfortunately experienced this hateful behavior. Prayerfully, we will learn what hate or indifference does and learn to stop inflicting our hateful views on society in the future ❤❤❤
