This statement is evident when looking at co-workers who spend time together typically the segregated with their own race, most churches are segregated, there are even churches who prohibit blacks from attending. We separation everywhere we look. Until we are ready and willing to look at things as they are, not a dressed up narrative we would like it to be things will not change. Tough conversations need to be had but most of all the blinders need to be removed. Each one should truly ask themselves, if certain things were to happen in your life, would you be okay with it????

In order to reach the goal of peace you would need these three ingredients. I consider myself to be a patient person. However , I believe , I would have lost all sensibility with Karen's accusations. Thanks to the flight attendant Linda, and Tom the unsuspecting passenger, for being the professionals they are. I believe this situation was handled well. No one got hurt physically. But Ms. Karen, on the otherhand should have been fined for disturbing the peace and putting the entire flight in jeopardy!
