Wow! Watching this is Milestone to me! I got to see Mary Castle again here! I've been a fan of her since 2015 when I first became acquainted with Stories Of The Century TV Show. Ran from 1954 to 1956, and is TV's first Emmy Winning Western TV Show. I also found out she lived in one of home towns in her later years. I will always wonder if I ever saw her in a store there or something, as it was not a large town.

I was about 10 or 11 when this show was on the air. Everything was ALL in black & white and much easier to deal with then today.(ls)

How do you forget about something that happened only 2 years ago. Were they with each other at all, the old boy didn’t seem to know Bettie Jane

Just watched it again. Still confused.

How did she know Mrs. Thorne's name? Why didn't Mrs. Thorne notice that?

Madge Meredith's personal story was more exciting than this episode. She was framed by her manager, and served four years in Tehachapi.

Yes, and the guy who framed her took over her home. Read about her sad story and searched out a couple of her films, including this. Her career never got back on track again.

I won't even take my dogs to a kennel. If they can't come with me, I don't go. And these parents leave their kid with a complete stranger.
