Would love to see this on the pro tour and instructional videos, fantastic to actually see the ball and wall contact points for the various shots. Thank you!

Awesome to see swing mechanics at this many frames p/second! Nice also to see two different styles of hitting. Anthony is really maximizing the wrist snap on the FH, getting the racquet super low, and I like how flat Jason's BH is.

going to do a 480fps tomorrow thanks to this inspiration, they should be using this at all the pro events for short serves and front wall

I noticed you guys keep your eyes on the ball to the point of contact. I have a tendency to take my off the ball and look where i want it to go. Any suggestions? Also the freesbie n skipping rocks makes a lot of sense. Like your mechanics on both of you, will practice when I go to the court. Thanks for the video, really enjoy watching you guys play. Have a great day

Yes always keep your eye on the ball like every sport. Watching to the point of contact takes practice. Keep doing it and make sure u have safety glasses on.

This is perfect; I'm really focusing on my mechanics so seeing proper mechanics in slow motion is very helpful. I recorded myself and noticed that my arm was a little bent when I contact the ball. Any advice on how to straighten it out?

I am no stroke mechanics teacher but here is some simple analogies that might help. You forehand is very similar to skipping rocks. You have to extend your arm all the way and flick the wrist. Your back hand is like throwing a Frisbee. Does this help at all?

Skipping rocks and Frisbees are great analogies. I will keep that in my mind as I visualize. Thanks for the reply and advice.

Is that 1080p?

This is 720p. This camera (Yi 4k) doesn't do 240 fps at 1080p.
