not all studios have the same steps. I watched this video and I come from a diffrent studio with steps all different. I remember when I was rad grade 2 transfer of weight had diffrent steps.

Ballet isn't easy for everyone. That's not an excuse, but eventually the teachers have to stop criticizing or the children worry too much in the exam.

⁠​⁠@@harrietbrown6415 coming into the replies! hi i’m a ex dancer from Indonesia, stopped at grade 2 and continued learning alone at home, and very true, despite i was tall, i was getting criticized of my height. also i had my own pace and timing, and my teacher on the grade yelled furiously, i felt it is not fair cause every person has its own timing and pace, plus if it is still according to the music it still counts as correct. Mistakes happen a lot, and exams and the results are for to tell how far we have understood, and most people doesn’t understand, if you fail the grade it is fine, you can try again and learn from your mistake from this point, i have proven you can’t criticize now, @oxana575.
