Just got mine stolen on my 2023 CRV in while parked on during broad daylight Queens NY. In my opinion, anti-theft devices should come factory installed, especially for something that is so easy to remove.

What a surprise … Queens, NuYo … Mine (Cr-v 2021) thieves has stolen airbags, one wheel and driver side mirror in almost 2 years … now I have to be prepared to avoid be stole again buying this thing in this video (a neighbor was already stole that sensor on a crv) … I live in Kew Gardens, a neighborhood where rich Jews lives and probably one of the most car thefts neighborhoods in the city … the irony …

Great video, one tip tho i see many people doing this mistake. You can have the plate away from the hole and insert the screw and then screw it while there is a gap between the plate and the hole and that makes it much easier.

Thats a good protection device for your radar, using the nylon nuts wouldve been good enough...its going to suck taking it off in the event your radar ever has to be recalibrated

Quick question, so you did not use the screws that came in with the sensor radar kit. I am looking to buy one from Amazon. Do you think that will be sufficient enough. My radar got stolen too😢

I was robbed bought from the dealer. Put it in and all it does is flash all over the dashboard. Now what do I do? Dealer calibration?

Yea I’ll go back and make sure they do it right. It should have anything flashing. It can be calibration wasn’t done right.

Well I took mine to Honda. I bought it from them and they installed it and did all the work. I didn’t want to mess with the calibration. That video was recorded 20 minutes after bring it home from Honda. So sorry wouldn’t be able to tell you.

No it all worked prefect. I just used it for a 10 hour drive with no problem again 4 days ago.
