The correct recipe for Kilju is: six sugars and two yeasts. I discovered this by remembering the sugar packaging.

1. Boil at 65, with 2-3 logs. The temperature will start to rise on its own over 65 in a bit, and you can't prevent it 2. Dump out everything in the bottle you've collected until now. This is methanol, it'l make you blind lol. 3. collect everything with still 2-3 logs on fire, once it goes above 85 or so you are collecting water. Add wood if too low temp, open lid if too high 4. after 90 degrees or so, take the bottle, the rest in the distiller is water. sell that, should work. Also, on an alcoholometer the lower the float goes the better. Since alcohol is lighter than water.

The basic idea is that after the methanol boils off, the temperature will rise in the chamber because the heat from the methanol gas is no longer being carried away. That'll bring it from 65 to 85. After the alcohol is boiled off, it'll go from 85 to 100 or above, again because the alcohol is not carrying away the heat. At 100c, water boils and it will gas off into the bottle as well, reducing the potency. So you're aiming for that range, after methanol has boiled off at 65 but still under 100, so you aren't collecting too much water but have dumped out any methanol. Yes, this mod goes that far into distilling lol.
