Try out this Radhashtami Special Radhaballabhi which is an amazing traditional dish which have been offered to Sri Sri Radhaballabh Jiu. Radhaballabhi is a wonderful crispy poori added with a delightful stuffing to give it an irrestable flavour of spices.

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
¾th cup urad dal/ black gram dal
2 cups all purpose flour/ maida
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fennel seed powder
1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
4 to 5 tbsp urad dal paste
¼th cup + 3 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil
For stuffing:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger chilli paste
1 tsp fennel seed powder
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Remaining urad dal paste
Oil for frying
