We understood that tongue is both Jnana indriya by tasting the food and Karma indriya by speech 2. We can conquer our tongue like What to speak and what not to speak? That means right things to speak or chant Avoid over eating or opulent eating- Right way to honor opulent lunch 3. We seen example of Dambodhva whose 1000hands are cut by the grass thrown by Nara Narayana rishi which become lightening blade to cut and he left with two hands 4. Prolonged hearing leads to absorption Absorbed leads rise to impression coming out from mind and they are pure positive lines of impression that coming from Parampara. So that speaker can able to speak continuously with blessing of Guru 5. After reading Bagavatam we will have two things a) Relish the past times and apply it in our life b) will share the nectar to others 6. It is easy to start Bhakti and easy to leave Bhakti but it is very difficult to maintain 7. Motivation to morning Program - following the order of spiritual master and faith in scripture -- though the taste may not be high but do it as austerity. Lord Brahma did austerity due to that he was able to see Lord, vaikunta loka and assigned as a position of secondary creator. Four fruits of austerity are - Appreciation - responsible position - regulation - benediction -- Divine tapasya will be pleasing the Lord where as mundane tapasya is for pleasing oneself -- experience of Sukham from Sattvika bhakti which is the preliminary stage of awakening of love for Krishna and losing taste for sinful habits -- Devotee experience spiritual bliss and more conviction to practice spiritual rules and regulations - Devotees are able to preach vigorously with confidence what he has learned, practised and experienced. 24:36 - Another way to conquer the tongue is, taste. That means, one doesn't hanker for oppulent food or too much food. Too much food - puts you to sleep Too opulent food - agitated your tongue and your mind. As tongue is agitated, mind will be also oscillating.

Hare Krishna Prabhu ji, can you please explain "envy" as it is used differently in common language versus in Bhagavatam- normally, it just means "jealousy"- how was Dhruva 'envious' of his stepmother? Hare Krishna Prabhu 🙏 Dandawat Pranam 🙇🙏 Prabhu , sometimes i feel like, the fear of glorification makes me dysfunctional. Like , devotees always glorify each other . And whenever I get any idea about a service, my mind immediately stops me by saying that "ohh others will glorify, so better not to implement this idea" , how to deal with this prabhu ? And I also want to ask that when you were planning to go for vidyapith in GE Village , didn't you get such thoughts, or how you dealt with all such thinking when practically you were the senior most to everyone?

@AdwaitRunkar - In this world, if we become affected by somebody's glorification then we will also become sad by somebody's criticism. Lord Krishna says in BG that we should ignore both and do what is good for us and what will give pleasure to Guru and Krishna. If people glorify us, we can say, "Whatever good is in me, it is all due to Guru and Krishna. Whatever bad is in me, it is all due to my lack of surrender to their instructions." If people criticize us, we can see if there is any element of truth in what they say and work on improving ourself. If they are speaking out of envy, just ignore them and go on with our duty.
