What I’m trying to figure out is if this will eliminate the annoying buzzing I get from my Korg Sv1 88. I love the sounds that come out of that machine, but being tube powered, it seems to love to make an annoying hiss, static noise when connected to speakers.

The Live/Recording switch alongside the other switches of this style on the Key-Largo are recessed so that they cannot be accidentally toggled when in mission critical scenarios. You can use a slim object such as a toothpick, computer screwdriver, or Allen key to toggle these switches to their desired settings

How do I fix the sustain function. It works in reverse.

Most keyboard sustain pedals should have a polarity reverse switch on-board that allows for the polarity of the sustain pedal to be swapped. I would try finding and toggling this on your sustain pedal in order to get it to work as expected with the Key-Largo.

It looks like there is only a mono efx send. How do you make it stereo?

I suppose you can just put a stereo 6,3mm cable jack in it. I guess you can buy 2 cables with on one side 6,3mm stereo jack and on the other side 2x mono if you want to put it through a Strymon BigSky or something.

Does the effects send on a channel turn down the dry signal as I turn down the knob, or is it merely like a post fade send

Hey Pat, it is a post-fader send so it will not affect the level of the dry signal.
