-Base coat (of your choice)

-Orly - Purple Crush: amzn.to/1LhAMBq
-Orly - Hot Tropics: amzn.to/1hpF6Xy
-Toothpick: amzn.to/1VCOcmx or Orange stick: amzn.to/1U20nmV (or other sharp tool)
►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply a base coat
-Use Liquid Vinyl as your base color, applying a thick coat
-While the black is wet, dip your toothpick into a color and drag out a flame shape - repeat with all colors until tip is covered
-Let dry a few minutes to "set"
-Finish with a top coat!
