Be careful....there are not 7 chakras ... it is a new age misconception, spiritual arrogance etc...long story short, it is better to avoid 'breathing through the brain's (advice from trustworthy sources of traditional, serious Yoga masters) breathing through the brain, third eye included, could trigger severe adverse symptoms Marie's meditation is a safe, calming process , dealing only with 3 chakras(navel, heart, throat) the golden light passing around the head is ok.... I hope she stays on that course and follows her intuition. Respectfully yours🙏
