Double scoped in is important and having scope on hold can be painful to hold if you watch an anglr for a minute straight, i would suggest either bind both zooms to different buttons or go with toggle

I prefer hold to scope cuz I just feel like I have better mouse control, if you’re the same, you can bind your zoom in to mouse wheel up, I have it on mouse wheel up and I use mouse wheel down to jump for better bunny hops too

Which is kinda normal, usually it is just by playing more in a short time and getting calmer overall. It will get better over time and if you just get the right mindset playing ranked for example really really not caring about toxic teammates, criticism and your rank. When I have the feeling I am too tensed up in those situations I always put some phonk music in the background and try to just play for fun not for the elo
