When radiation interacts with human cell, initially there is physical change by ionisation,which in turn causes biochemical change which results in biological change. The physical change occurs in fraction of seconds 10^-18 sec, the biochemical took 10^-3 sec and biological change will take in range of seconds to years

Very misconcept between dose rate and fractionation..you confused with fractionation and considering it as dose rate , and also between direct and indirect ionisation..
