This is great!! Thank you for continuing this helpful research. Please explain what it means where it says "women may or may not have a future DCIS or develop invasive cancer in the same breast" as part of the tool. I am not sure I understand what they means in the risk assessment

I’m 65 yrs old I’ve had a lumpectomy, do I need RT to avoid risk recurring?

Do you have any data for women who have had a double mastectomy with .1mm margins? And even better who have about 1.5 cm of tissue remaining.
