As a radiological contron tech here in Germany (Philippsburg NPP) i am surprised you guys in the US still work with '"rem" as the rest of the world has adopted "Sievert"? You guys monitor contamination with dpm/100cm² Dpm is "Decay per minute"? We use Bq/cm² as the main unit I find it very interesting how you guys "bag" radioactive materials We normally just twist and tape without folding it again. Your method is absolutely safer! what is exactly an "ED"? Well here in Germany we call that a "digital Dosimeter" ED for External Dose?
