This was really good and I learnt a lot. It was great to have the doctor's slides shown clearly in another window. Suggestion: if you dropped the slides down and to the right into the space you''ve reserved for the back of bald men's heads, we would be able to see where the doctor was pointing on the screen.

Would have been nice to see the areas of the Smith chart being pointed out on the live screen, rather than maximizing the presentation and covering the video.

Thank you for the excellent presentation (modulo the inability for us to see the laser pointer on the Smith charts - sigh). Much appreciated! Can you please provide a link to the kit antenna you offered for the citizen science research you mentioned? Also, can you provide the link to the spinning-magnet-on-dremel experiment? It occurs to me that since the FCC seems to have a 9KHz lower lower limit to their regulatory authority AND you mentioned that the transmission could be detected a kilometer away, that there are some interesting opportunities for low bandwidth signaling.

I think the presentation is excellent, but I want to caution Hams and those without a physics background that her use of "dipole" is a dipole dealing with two opposite charges. It has nothing to do with a dipole antenna. The dipole antenna is defined as two equal conductive poles or elements in a straight line, generally each 1/4 wave long on each side, fed in the center. I hope the dipole antenna is not confused with the opposing charge dipole used in physics. They are very different things!

I was disappointed with the presentation. Typical example of a person who knows a lot, but the teaching style is to go through the material facts and just name them one after the other and not really explaining anything or very little. Like a review for the same people that already know it all, just to remind them.

So useless. Most of the time you don't see what she is explaining on the board. So you can't follow and can't understand. Why didn't you just record the presentation on the board? Fail!
