Humans are constantly evolving, preserving culture no matter how bad it is is against evolution. There are some elements of cultures that are great but also some elements that are horrible. not wanting our culture and values to disappear shouldn’t be seen as a bad thing. I prefer racial equality, gender equality, religious and economic freedom, the freedom express oneself vocally. I’m a christian so I obviously have preference to views that many seem controversial, but without the option to choose a lifestyle there is no point. A naturalised Norwegian who is a British national is just as British as a naturalised African who is a British national. The difference is complexion. You might dispute that by talking about "savage cultures" but those points all boil down to one fact. You believe you shouldn't be held to account for what your forefathers did when they pillaged, enslaved and colonised what are now third world countries as a result of their actions. Yet you blame the systemic behaviours(/class and educational differences) which are a result of those historical acts on the individuals who suffer for them today. You can't reverse the damage Britain inflicted on the globe but our flag, our national symbols and our identity are at their foundation symbols of that damage. I have been following politics for the last 5 years. I live in south london, one of the most diverse parts of the country. What I see is that the most racist, anti-immigration people tend to come from little towns in the countryside where there are almost no immigrants. I look around where I live and I see lots of immigrants owning small businesses and working honest jobs. The only white people I see complaining tend to be unemployed ones or those who are extremely low skilled and have lost their jobs to immigrants.

@@mrrandomant1104 no but he is right, alot of major British cities have English people as minorities. The 2011 census of London showed that 42% identified as white English, meaning a minority group in what is meant to be their countries capitol

@@volkerwanderung1426 Yes it’s true that not a lot of cites aren’t very white English but why did all white English people leave in the first place, nobody really forced them to leave did they?

@@mrrandomant1104 personal choice still it doesn't excuse the fact that becoming a minority in your own country and community is acceptable. You would either have to really despite yourself or not give a shit about your country to entertain such a notion
