Do you know that Mayor Cilliers Brink has been collaborating with the National Department of Water and Sanitation regarding the water quality crisis in Hammanskraal? For the first time in nearly twenty years, there is now, thanks to this Mayor, a credible and workable plan to have clean drinking water flowing out of the taps of Hammanskraal by as early as October this year!! ( Phase 1 is almost complete) This was unimaginable only a year ago!!
