Let's review the difference between partial saturation and saturation pulse sequences. I will use a CHESS MRI sequence to illustrate how spectral saturation works looking specifically at fat saturation.
These concepts are crucial for later talks.
We end off by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of inversion recovery (STIR) and fat saturation (CHESS).

Not sure if the question banks are for you?
If you're here, you're likely studying for a radiology physics exam. I've spent the last few months collating past papers from multiple different countries selecting the most commonly asked questions. You'll be surprised how often questions repeat themselves!
The types of questions asked in FRCR, RANZCR AIT, ARRT, FC Rad Diag (SA), ABR qualifying Core Physics and MICR part 1 are surprisingly similar and the key concepts remain the same throughout. I've taken the most high-yield questions and answered them in video format so that I can take you through why certain answers are correct and others are not.
Happy studying,
Michael

Awesome works! Just passed my FRCR part I exam with your videos (without reading Farr's :P). No one on youtube explain physics like you did. Keep up the good work!

Thats great! What does happening when you choose Weak Fat Saturation? Is it applied weaker spoiler gradient or a narrower bandwidth to excite fat?

Or, keeps more "gap" between the preparation and the further parts of sequence?
