Why does Fr Spa as always at Diocesan Mass come to the podium to deliver the Vote of Thanks when he knows very well that the Main Celebrant such as the Bishop or Cardinal or Nuncio has to say such final thanks. Worse more is his speaking inability problem.. no wonder why many pr......dont like him.
