Young man you've got a God given talent. Don't go commercial Nashville. You sing the songs of the people, the forgotten. Keep the faith & never forget where your roots are.

Totally agree..Unfortunately,the big money is in Nashville though!
@asphaltcowboy78683 жыл бұрын
@@tobyhoward7452 are you in it for the money or for the love of music??...even a small timer can make good money if you keep on moving..many people have started right here on KZbin..and took it to the next level. There are a lot of places here in the south..that doing your own thing solo..would probably be better off..going big cost big money..so you are better off being yourself..

@@derbydetailing9614 my EXAXCT thoughts. That’s not a bad thing, country needs more of this. I don’t want to hear songs sung by a boy n a backwards hat that looks like a prick. I like country music that’s rooted in blues. Georgia fucked up country music, and Kentucky is trying to bring it back.

I love the fact that the rest of the world is finally getting to feel the heart beat of the mountains. The same music that many of us grew up hearing from our uncles and papaws on the front porch. It takes me back to the days when those guys were still around. Nashville does need more soul, but these guys don't need Nashville, never have.

My heart feels this song. I just discovered it and I’m on repeat 7. My mom grew up in the Virginias and led a life of great sorrows. Two generations away from her pure Native American heritage. Her and my dad were married 36 years when she passed. My dad did not remarry. Said she was the best woman God ever gave Breath to. I married a Texan and we will celebrate 39 years in July.
