Hi we are booked in the Raddison hotel and conference centre Heathrow for our florida flight next week & want to get uber to the terminal. I saw you used a machine to pre book ? I've never done that before? Is it easy & reliable & does the uber pull up outside reception area ? Sorry so many questions it's our 1st time. Many thanks x

Hello. It was our first time also using that kind machine to set up an airport transfer. It was easy to use and took about 5 mins. It was a step by step process, fill in destination, time required, passenger(s) amount of bags etc. The driver arrived 15 minutes early and was waiting for us just to the side of the main entrance as it was quite busy out front, about 30 steps away. We received a text message informing us when our driver was on the way, and another text when he had arrived which also included the vehicle reg and a number to contact them directly.
