At 7:30 in the video, that noise picked up by the camera actually sounds like rod knock. I've been dealing with this platform for a long time and never actually encountered the issue you had there. Learned something new, actually. Thanks for that.

I had the same noise in my previous motor when I went with bigger injectors. On stock injectors I didnt get any loud oscillations noises.

Yeah... I run 2150s. Previously 1000s. Never encountered this. -8an pump to rail. Like i said. Learned something new from this video. Something to keep a look out for if I'm working in a customer's car. I wonder if the filter setup or location might have something to do with it as well.

Who ever gave your video a thumbs down is a dummy. What you explained about locating your injector pulse noise was spot on with the problem i been having i never really knew what it was but i located the sound but now im gonna go and buy that new pulse dampner and ill be set thanks for the clear and thorough explanation

Radium fuel pulse damper also helps even out the fuel flow between the injectors. It was most noticeable when I switched to 1300cc injectors.

How did the radium pulse damper hold up over time? Im about to order the blk top for my build. Sounded like it made a big difference in this vid

It's surprisingly hard to find before and after videos of this damper. I've got some loud FIC 72 lb injectors on my 383 LS1 that are loud - although no so much in the cabin. I'll link a before/after and link here when it gets here.

You should move that harness on the top of the valve cover through the intake manifold. It’ll look much cleaner

We made it from 3 inch exhaust pipe, so it's a one off exhaust. The muffler is a 3 inch oval Xforce muffler.
