Radium Surge Tank vs. Holley Hydromat vs. Fuel Tank Foam, Racing Review and Honest Opinion

After installing a Radium Surge Tank I've had 2 engine failures.
Not sure if it is directly connected, but I'm just looking for possible situations that can cause this issue.
Holley Performance finally made a fuel pump adapter for stock tank/pump systems.
I'm Hoping my fuel heat issue will be solved by doing this.
