2-3 Zone - Guard Deflections

Coaches:
Here’s a look at some Guard deflections in the Syracuse 2-3 zone.
Some basic guidelines for the guards:
Pick up the ball early and line up close enough touch with arms out
Don’t get split with the dribble or the pass
And while playing in the off guard spot, face the ball, split the difference between the high post and Top of circle and deter any entry to the high post

2018 NBA uses a HIDDEN 2-3 Zone, modified to avoid being labeled "College-style." 😂😂😂

Gotta have EXTRA LONG ARMS to even be considered in Syracuse. 😂😂😂 Stretched arms give 1 defender the coverage of 2 defenders.
