I remember sitting in the back as a young MT driver watching the aircrew doing combat checks for TANSOR ops. If only we had the phones and technology then to record a bit. Nice bit of memory lane for me, thanks.

Best of the V bombers, I worked on these throughout the sixties at Handley Page Park Street. Beautiful birds. Brings back great memories of hours of working on cockpit electronics in these great aircraft.

Out of my 22yrs in the RAF my time spent on 55 Sqn was the best......................happy memories and she STILL looks an awesome bird!!
