Interesting. Surprised it hasn't been cleaned up of debris. Where exactly is this. I am due to be in East Sussex at BISC at Herstmonceux Castle as part of the summer archaeology program there, wondering how far this is from Bader Hall. Funny I will be walking past it on my way to castle from the train on my arrival, not very far at all from Bader. I've seen a V1 or something of that sort at CFB North Bay's museum. It would be interesting to put the defence side into perspective.

Hi Chrissie, I'd suggest getting in touch with the underground interest group Subterranea Britannica... www.subbrit.org.uk/ Someone within that organisation will know the best way of going about it. Their Wartling info page www.subbrit.org.uk/rsg/sites/w/wartling/ suggests they're heavily involved!
