I would say by the end of the season 8, Wally is more powerful than Barry. He’s more in tune with the speed force so much that he was able to transport just by meditation (you missed that scene) whereas Barry has to create a portal. Wally could also duplicate himself and create electric constructs, which he later taught Bart to do (implied)

We go from arrow to now more of The Flash. And for real though I hope Wally does make a return in the final season. It’s always funny knowing that yes Green Arrow and The Flash are the main stars but you know Batman has Robin as a sidekick and Superman with Superboy. Wonder Woman and Wonder Girl. It does seem that Arsenal And Kid Flash barley get much. But still I’m glade for what I get to see them do. And yet still these shows as I said phenomenal. Arrow The Flash Constantine Supergirl Legends Of Tomorrow Black Lightning Batwoman And Superman And Lois. They established and connect well with each other. Sure I know people think a curtain show I like 🦇 is bad. But still I don’t think it is. And besides they do better then the DCEU does.

They never really gave barry and wally the partnership the two should've had. I wished wally would have stayed around, I always really liked him from the beginning. But having two speedsters in the same show was two expensive, Right? Yet they had XS with Barry for a whole season and have had several speedsters at one time for multiple episodes.
