Im also on my weight loss journey atm. It's quite the task. But I've already achieved -15KG. Mostly due to me cutting the softdrinks. I drink Tea now. It actually worls really well. Next thing I have to work on is my athleticism. I've good a pretty good base muscularity, but since I take in less calories overall now, I'm losing muscle mass. And this is what I have to tackle next. I really wish you all the best on this journey. You've given me a lot of motivation to finally start with what's been my plan for years now.
