@Rafsan Bhai, many don't know, but Kolkata actually has 2 types of biryani. One is the North-Kolkata/Barrackpore style biryani, And the older more subtle more sophisticated Kolkata Awadhi -influenced biryani. They are 2 different things. Amar favourite Park Circus er Waah Janab er Beef Biryani. 140 taka te pet shuddhi.
