Dhaka vs Kolkata Biriyani @TheLazyBong

In this food adventure, I wanted to settle the debate who has better biriyani, Dhaka or Kolkata
Joining me on this Epic Food Tour is @TheLazyBong
For Dhaka, we initially chose Kolkata Kacchi Ghar which according to me sells the best Biriyani but unfortunately, due to the current situation in Dhaka, I couldn't commute there so we decided to do Sultan's Dine instead.
As for Kolkata, we chose "Dada Boudi Biriyani". For the past 3 years, everyone has been telling me how amazing the place is and I'm not going to lie, the Biriyani was probably one of the best I had and goes down in my top 4 Biriyani joints.
It was a one and a half-hour commute from Salt Lake to Barakpur, but it was worth it.

Tried Dhaka's biriyani. It was good but quantity of rice and meat according to price was not satisfactory. They make it too much spicy thats why eating more than 1 plate becomes tough. On the other hand, Barrackpore aka another version of Kolkata biriyani to me is best coz spicy level is moderate, also you get a big chunk of meat which is necessary in a biriyani. To me, Kolkata biriyani is best as it fills your tummy fully without any gastric problems.

@Rafsan Bhai, many don't know, but Kolkata actually has 2 types of biryani. One is the North-Kolkata/Barrackpore style biryani, And the older more subtle more sophisticated Kolkata Awadhi -influenced biryani. They are 2 different things. Amar favourite Park Circus er Waah Janab er Beef Biryani. 140 taka te pet shuddhi.
