In 2000, artist Joris Evereats created a scultpture based on the confinement of John Macarthur in his bed at Elizabeth Farm in the early 1830s. The artwork was installed in the eastern garden for a year and during this time became overgrown with shrubs and coated in fallen leaves. This video was produced by Michael Power of Afterglow Productions.
