Just make sure to leave atleast 50mm above the noggin for air flow.

Builders merchant seems to stock so many different ones not entirely sure which one I need ? Does it matter? Thanks. & enjoy the weekend

Hi Bradley thanks you. These are solid concrete blocks. I would recommend th for a building like this. They a have a fair weight though. These are the ones we use. www.selcobw.com/concrete-block-100mm

I see that you skew nail the joist into the top plate. What size screws do you use for that? Do you think this is as good as using an angle bracket? Thanks for the videos mate, they are really helpful for us amateurs

Hi Joe, 100mm I think they were. You can put a couple or you can use brackets aswell or even use 100mm nails. Either will be fine.
