For those of you who are confused To be called bolognese sauce, it must absolutely contain red wine...(alcohol must be cooked tho) Of course it comes to every restaurant or person's discretion if they want to call their meat sauce "bolognese" without any wine since it is not under protected designation But morally...it is not advised to do so So yeah meat sauce w red wine

Ben your going to learn to cook by time your older. All you really gotta do is sauteed lots of garlic and onion (5minutes to do) and add meat to that than let cook for 5 mins and than add sauce to it and let it simmer on low storing a few times an hour and a half. You'll learn it really tastes as good as restaurants. Your base for sauces is garlic onion oil. Add shrimp heavy cream and cheese or basically all types of things vegetables meats and you have amazing sauces.

bread is meant to help you eat this kind of dish, something my dad used to do is taking spaghetti without trying to roll them and just lay them on the bread. At this point he start rolling up the spaghetti, while they’re sitting on the bread. In this way you always have a clean eat and no dangling pasta on your fork 😁 And furthermore ,the bread now has some sauce on it and you can have a bite of that along with the pasta. Make sure to hold a piece of bread to eat alone with the sauce left on the plate 😄 Peace ✌🏼 from Italy

Big fan of spaghetti bolognese. It's in my top 3 Italian dishes outside of veal parmigiana and penne arrabbiata. Hitman 2016 has a funny song about spaghetti bolognese. It's called "Ritorna a me". It's about a guy obsessed with his dead mother's spaghetti.

Yeah that's pretty close to how I make it, traditional authentic style. Spaghetti strictly taglitelle egg pasta mix in the sauce add in some full cream milk into the sauce white wine is optional and just the smallest amount of garlic and a sofrito of three vegetables and mix it all up. Never layer the ragu meat on the pasta. But hey looks pretty damn good nice one 👍

Ragù is a long time cooked sauce, at least 3 or 4 hours, in italy exist a lot of type of ragù and are basically regional recipes. Ragù bolognese is one of most classical and known.
