N. Rajam (born 1938) is an Indian violinist who performs Hindustani classical music. She remained Professor of Music at Banaras Hindu University, eventually became Head of the department and the Dean of the Faculty of Performing Arts of the University.

Of the numerous versions that exist of _Jhinjhoti_ (on all instruments), Dr. N. Rajam's has been a standout for me, since I first heard her in 2002. I don’t just say that as a violinist myself, but her interpretations and clarity of tone are impeccable. Her meends, glissandos, bow pressure, variations, etc. and all her techniques are superb!
