I think, listening is also an art and God does not give it to everyone. Abhishek Kumar, who says she is out of tune, needs to learn how to listen. I think this girl has done a marvelous job. She is wonderfully "Sureely" and an accomplished performer.

@roopria246: All great classical singers of yesteryears used to sing with sarangi...harmonium has come in only in the last 40 years or so...harmonium has no meend aang and is inappropriate for Indian music....But it grew popular due to its ease of playing..

Sir i agree that at this stage it doesnt suit but i request you to sing a few swaras of this raga. As i am a teacher i know to sing raga puriya hmm is very tough. One of the hardest ragas ever found in indian history.. I believe please check ourself before commenting.. Sorry to be to rude...

@gokuldas34 i'm not very educated in the history of indian music. do you not like the harmonium because it isn't traditional? personally, my favorite pieces of indian music have some sort of drone going on. although i admit the harmonium seems to clutter this particular piece.

@gokuldas34 I think you don't know what alone a harmonium can do, you should have known that indian classicals are incomplete with harmonium & tabla. Don't blame harmonium, else blame the player.

@gokuldas34 All top singers insist on Harmonium and good harmonium players are very sought after. One of my teachers Jayant Bhalodkar was one of the top players around and his accompaniment and solos were beautiful. Harmonium is too loud in here and should be a softer. Classical harmoniums are totally different in its bellows construction. Its got a proper Indian name - Samwadhini, my Guruji was instrumental in getting name made official in India.
