An excellent thEmatic concert by sisters vidushi archana & vidushi aarati. Nice sweet complementary vocals, good coordination, bhava-laden rendition, are the highlights. Starting with sowrAshtram (ranganAthudE by ponniah pillai) they followed up with Todi (vandinam muralum solai, a tirumAlai pAsuram by tondaradipodi azhwar) nAyaki (ranganAyakam bhAvayEham) the main, kambhoji (O rangasAyee) sahAna (yAke neenilli by kanakadasa) & concluding with surutti (andAL pAsuram vanga kadal) Wonderful ✨ The violin support by vidwan venkatasubramanian was outstanding & the mridangam support by vidwan arjun ganesh was brilliant👍
