Idk to me 20-40 year old there's not much difference in appearances/voices etc. A 20 yo and 30 yo can easily look/sound the same, there are older people who still look/sound young and vice versa. It's mostly a stereotype that 30 is old. For example I'm 19 and my sister's 27, we are same height, look similar and her voice is more youthful than mine (I have lower/quiet voice). If you watch closely Ragatha has many lady-like moments and mannerisms actually, for example in a scene in ep2 when she runs up to Pomni and there's fudge everywhere she lifts her dress a bit to avoid getting it dirty
