Thanks for this video I know I’ve seen it when it was first published I just recently purchased a 2021 Canam outlander 1000 Xmr and now I know how I’m going to mount my light bar. I like it, but I think it should be about half the height lower. a flat plate bracket with a wider bar could accomplish this very nicely. As well, I would wire the switch signal into the factory High Beam line on the bike for a clean look and on/off control without taking your hands off the bars. Loving that 650 and how its coming along!

Everyone says that but the factory harness isnt designed for the extra load in the long run. Also easier to trouble shoot this way

@@MainvilleATV what i mean is you use the factory high beam to power the lightbars relay signal wire, not the bar itself. It will handle the half amp load no problem.

Removing the cig lighter and using the fuse connection (plenty of power) seems more logic in my eyes, " but I also wear glasses" lol.

don't know about the yellow lock but the red I would put heat from a solder gun and it would loosen real good.

Put the black mud protectors on the Minion can-am, for all 4 wheels, it changes the look of the bike 100%

Beauty bike.But one super cheap... lol eye feel good fix is to heat gun all the ugly caution and warning stickers. All mine were gone before the first week. Good stuff!!

Hey great vid. just ordered a rear bearing grease kit from states for my polaris , have you tried any kits to grease the rear bearings? the fronts have grease fittings but rears don't well at least on my 06 sportsman. I'm sure mine may not have much grease if any and are probably OEM. your shop looks so clean , hope everything is good and we may actually might get some warm temps to melt away all this snow... drive safe. HIP is kewl. The only time one hand was out of his pocket was for a coffee and holding the rage bar. All that money spent on upgrades could have bought a snowmobile for all winter fun on trails and on frozen lakes. I do both anyways. Cheers.

Rage is trash. They kept telling me for three weeks that it is going to ship tomorrow and once I got it it is just terribly disappointing. I read their return policy and it sounds like you have to haggle and negotiate with them. I’m not even going to bother. They can keep my 200 bucks and my negative review. Wrong parts, missing parts, sloppy work looks like it was done with a blow torch, extremely poor fit&finish, no invoice, no instructions, sent with rivets expecting you to do extensive work. Pitiful. Windbreak and brow for a Can-Am Defender.
