There's like speculations and stuff in my country thinking the fatalises can transform into human form and giving the hunters a trial and all that, buuuut I've neveer really play the game and been searching up other places for "lady in white" and found nothing, so maybe it was just misinformation and stuff, or the games too old for content, who knows?

No, the lady in white is the quest giver of the DLC Normal Fatalis quest. Scarlet gives you the quest for Crimson and White in the Grank pub. He's also the one that made the Alatreon quest, both event and not event. He even "prepared" an Alatreon to test you. How do you prepare a fking Alatreon!?

Btw theory for actual crimson transformation: There is a chance that the transformation is just an effect from residing in the volcanic areas for too long,but Fatalis (plural) do not want to go through it because it is not pleasant,they are vulnerable to fire and volcanoes are literally on fire all the time. But cause they go I HATE ALL OF YOU YOU LITTLE,MEANINGLESS ANTS! after they get defeated,they dare to go for it just when they are that style of mad. So overall,they can always go crimson,but it seems worth it only when their only purpose is to take revenge on that 1 hunter. Just a theory don't go mad.

Is it confirmed that Crimson Fatalis summons meteors? To me it has always made more sense that he has control over the volcano so he makes it errupt in a way that rains volcanic rock down on hunters. That would make alot more sense than summoning meteors

Pretty sure the Crimson Demon (Frontier Conquest War Crimson Fatalis) is the one that controls the magma and volcano around him. Though standard Crimson having that ability too makes sense in that relation. However, if those aren't meteors it makes White Fatalis' eclipse harder to explain. It's not a natural event as basically gravity and a dozen other laws of nature are being ignored the moment the moon stops orbiting the planet and remains in constant total eclipse position.
