Good morning! I hope everyone enjoys today's video. Cleaning this doll was quite a journey and so fun to get him ready for clothes! Please don't hesitate to ask if you have questions.

I have a raggedy Anne doll but she is missing a button eye. I live in the Netherlands. Maybe you know where I can get a replacement eye. She is the only present I once got from my father. I have no contact with him since I was a baby and now I am 51 years old. So it is special to me.

@@thecrazycatlady2389 we are the same age. ♥️ Unfortunately, I don't know a supplier for replacements. I have a large collection of buttons that I use when I need to replace eyes. When I was not able to find a match, I have replaced both buttons. I hope that helps.

Hi, there. I am so sorry you haven't had a reply yet. I answered your comment on my phone but it looks like it didn't go through. I would look for either two new buttons for replacement or mix and match with the existing eye. Raggedy Ann is in spirit a handmade rag doll and I think just having two eyes that work for you is what matters. I am also 51. ♥

Yay clean!! How did you replace the color in the eye where it disappeared from the brightener treatment? I love the now multicolored hair. Thanks for sharing!

I neglected to say during the video, but I used Crayola permanent fabric marker on both eyes. I've since tested it and it's definitely color fast! And thank you, I'm so pleased with how he has come along.
