From a 90s kid perspective, yes you would've not liked them leaving the show, because as we were teenagers back then and roadies was the epitome of life goals for entertainment, fame, whatever. But its also important to understand they have been running the show for 10 years, so I completely agree with their fact that "It needs to change, because the generation is new".

I never watched any roadies full season, except for auditions which these 2 guys conducted. I really liked the way they talk to people, take out the things which contestants try to hide. That was the best part. Aggression, politeness, anger, be it anything, they took the show to different level.

The politics during vote out was fair one, actual kind of politics which should happen in Indian scene. Aayushman, Suchit, Bani and Mohit Malhotra, all were their discoveries. Roadies is a testimony to old age Indian saying - Aag me tapkar sona kundan banta hai. They teached Indian youth, How to behave in testing and adverse times minus the swear words. But even swear words was a tool to find the right guy by them. Swears are part and parcel of North India and you cannot explore true North Indian mentality without using them.

Leader is someone who ignites the fire, the one who actually collected the woods, lit it up and actually revolutionised the society in one way or other. Raghu Ram, you’d forever be the face that would pop up in my mind when I’d think of roadies. Roadies have always been known to be a tough reality show. The sole purpose of its creation was exploiting the guts and gritty nature of the youth. Raghu and Rajiv was tailor made for this show with their aggressive intent. Even Ranvijay was often found lacking in respect to these vibrant twins.
