I took a glance at this comment section and I witnessed two things. Americans showing their support and sympathy for Canada, and borderline challenged conspiracy theorists claiming that these were set on purpose. Yes, of course Canada would self itself ablaze and risk the lives of it's citizens to make the Eastern American Seaboard hazy for whatever reason. To those chronically online, Q-anoners out there, the helicopter is using gasoline as a form of controlled burning. They encircle the wildfire and choke it out by burning it's supply of dead leaves and whatnot. This is a google search away guys. Also, people are claiming that the fires happened simultaneously. The fastest forest fires can burn up to speeds of 6km/h, and it happened to be an especially dry spring for Eastern Canada. No sh*t the forest fires are going to spread fast and seemingly occur in the same time frame. The genuine stupidity in this comment section essentially proves to me how schizoid the general public has become. No, the government isn't doing this on purpose and they're not out to 'get you'. Rub the two brain cells you have together for once in your miserable lives. Anyways, to the Americans showing wholehearted concern for your Northern neighbour, thank you. I hope the smoke clears up for guys in the near future.

the shills will be to your comment shortly to explain they are using a technique called "backburning" to create a dead line that the fire cannot cross. however, backburning only works on grasslands, not a bunch of trees. this is b/c the fire cannot spread further on the grasslands due to no more tinder. and, in the trees scenario like we have here, there is fresh tinder right next to the trees, so it spreads anyway. watch out for disinfo agents spreading lies. this helicopter is SPREADING THE FIRES!
@winterlinde5395 Жыл бұрын
There are a lot of people who are asking about it. The method zanezane is talking of is described on the website of CTIF, the international association of fire services: Prevention & Control: Using back fire to combat wildfire Can fire be combated with fire? Sometimes, counter-fires (back fires) can be lit in a so called Controlled Prescribed Burn to starve a fire of the fuel it needs to spread. But how does the technique actually work? A back fire is a fire that is deliberately initiated in front of an active fire front, usually a forest fire, grass fire, or some other type of wildfire. The backfire consumes some of the combustible material and creates a fire belt that the wildfire has difficulty crossing. At best, the backfire can completely prevent the fire from spreading, but at the same time there is a risk that the counter-fire will spread and may even worsen the wildfire. Therefore, extensive experience is needed to use the technique, or it can easily get out of hand. The best effect is if the counter-fire is located so close to the fire front that the counter-fire is eventually sucked in back towards the original fire. This is possible because a large fire sends warm air upwards and therefore constantly draws air. Prescribed at the correct distance, the backfire will move in the direction of the main fire without spreading elsewhere.“

@Joeyo1967 Do you think the government could have been successful if the climate change hasn’t been here, already? I mean, is it dryer, warmer than before? And with the old conditions it could have worked because the wood was too wet to burn? I don’t know anything about Canada. I’m just interested, because here we have designated „wilderness“ forest and there are more to come.

Pretty soon some paid shill goons will come to your comment and reply that the firefighters are using a technique called "back burning". However, in this case, the technique is obviously not going to work since the trees are so plentifully packed together, and the fire will simply spread to the next line of trees. These shills will also ignore the fact that all these 30+ fires started simultaneously literally 100s of miles apart (statistically impossible). The shills want you to think it's "climate change" causing the fires when it's obviously caused by arson. Corrupt governments want the people to pay climate change "taxes", and they are also trying to get humans out of rural areas, and into their new "15 minute cities. This is the reason why they started these fires on purpose.

The best effect is if the counter-fire is located so close to the fire front that the counter-fire is eventually sucked in back towards the original fire. This is possible because a large fire sends warm air upwards and therefore constantly draws air. Prescribed at the correct distance, the backfire will move in the direction of the main fire without spreading elsewhere.

I’m in New Jersey, and it smells so bad! I wondered why and realized it’s because of the wildfire, the sky looks orange and smells like smoke. I also felt light headed and my stomach hurt. 😊😊😊😊. S E N D H E L P

the shills will be to your comment shortly to explain they are using a technique called "backburning" to create a dead line that the fire cannot cross. however, backburning only works on grasslands, not a bunch of trees. this is b/c the fire cannot spread further on the grasslands due to no more tinder. and, in the trees scenario like we have here, there is fresh tinder right next to the trees, so it spreads anyway. watch out for disinfo agents spreading lies. this helicopter is SPREADING THE FIRES!
@winterlinde5395 Жыл бұрын
The method zanezane is talking about is described on the website of CTIF, the international association of fire services: Prevention & Control: Using back fire to combat wildfire Can fire be combated with fire?
