To be covert in lockdown its rare , yes you gind them like common in lockdown but its because you see the ones who accully get lucky to enter , will tell you a secret hint , lockdown covert chosen by time , if you hit play in time of spawning coverts in lockdown they lock you instantly to the game , if it counts then you're held waiting for normal , so its just the lucky timing that gets you inside lockdown ​@RagingCrow
