Fire Talisman, ignore the enemy's physical and magical defense. Does it mean i dont need to have ignore mdef items/enchants anymore as long as wish chant + fire talisman buff is there?? this is for PVE not PVP/GVG thanks!

Because of the stats fire resistance 155%
