Level 7 says: Liu Maoxing's [Cooking Process] cannot be interrupted, and while cooking, Lan Fei will also help by cooking an identical dish at the current location (source is cremisi's post mentioned in the full Liu Mao Xing video). I haven't been able to test interruption, but that can happen (most likely PvP). But having double effect is so insane, it's mandatory.
