+1% all element damage bonus per offhand refinement level. When channelling skills, +1% all element damage reduction per offhand refinement level. Deposit: +1 refinement level to offhand slot

Chanelling skills are skill that are continually casted while taking effect. (Best example is genos laser). Hence while casted by any job class that uses channeling skill, the +1% all element damage reduction per offhand refine level takes effect.

Nop, it is not a channeling skill. But still you can still use the 15% all element damage bonus (if +15 offhand)

Its actual name is “Wicked Sunflower Star Card” but literally should be named Geographer Star Card. It uses 15pcs geographer card as catalyst in order to be crafted. Lol

Yes it works with rathgricy. But the all element reductions doesnt since she doesnt have channeling skills.

Based on my test, it varies on target. At higher dummy setup (90-100% dummy), Thor Card on offhand gets better than Alice Star.
